I found a picture of how I want my hair cut, but I think if I showed it to the hair dresser she wouldn't be able to recreate it.

it is long layered and cut by razor instead of scissors. what you can do it visit a few hair salons in your area and 'watch' some gals getting their hair cut. when you see someone with similar style of hair and a good stylist...then make your choice. you really want someone consistent to be able to maintain the style and not have it be a one time occurrence.Hair help. Print the picture and show the hairdresser and the will be able to do it. Oh and it won't look like that all the time if you wanna know it is called a side fringe.
