Hair dressers, help.?

i want to get my hair done like this, i like how its long in the front, but not on the sides and the back. im just wondering on what to tell my hair stylist what i want. im afraid that if i say i want it shorter in the sides/back than in the front it withh look odd. and also is this style layered?

why dont you just show your hairdresser the picture so they understand what you want?
Print the picture and bring it to your hair stylist! That'll give you the best results because they have EXACTLY what you want in mind!

shortest layer =.5-1inch.





if you straighten your hair and thin it out at the bottoms
