A question for any proffessional hair dressers....?

Can you tell me what having moisture in your hair does? My hairdresser said I should use a shampoo/conditioner that adds moisture. Whats this for? Wont it just make it frizzy like the moisture of the rain does?A question for any proffessional hair dressers....?
adding moisturing means adding panthenol and different types of agents in your hair that will help soften it and smooth it to reduce coarse or rough feeling in your hair, if you have split ends and if your hair is frizzy it will reduce the appearance of the split ends and reduce the frizziness. Also by using the moisturizing shampoos and conditioners... you are saving your hair from other harsher shampoos with dry out your hair and make your color fade out. hope i helped.. good luck :-)A question for any proffessional hair dressers....?
If your question is this, I believe your hair belongs to naturally soft type!!! so the more conditioner u use, may end up flat hair look......some people do have hard and difficult to handle hair......that's why they need conditioner ....perm and colour may cause hair even more dry.....hair cair become part of their daily job.......U think that your hair is easy to manage, then just trust your own feeling, why u care what people say?
moisture from conditioners is different than moisture from water. What your hairdresser means is that your hair may be really dry and brittle. I suggest you buy a moisturizing hair conditioner, which will help to get rid of frizz and will leave your hair soft and healthy. Hope that helped :)
moisture in your hair stops it from being dry and coarse. i have the same problem and find that using moisturising shampoo/conditioner and a serum does the trick and makes your hair really shiny. be careful not to use too much serum though as this will make it appear greasy. hope this helps,it works for me.
