Im a guy with very short hair, but want to get highlights. I was wondering if you can still get highlights even if your hair is only like 2 inches on the top.Question for hair dressers.?

Yes and that usually looks really hot on a guy! Don't get alot though if you want the different colors and your hair to be mainly your natural color!:D
yeah thats a good length if you get it done at a pro's
yup its possible... its called ballage i cant spell it its some french word but basically they paint it straight on to your hair and it makes it look more natural but if you really want tips like most guys get you will need it to be a little longer but it will still look good
