Take a hard look at The Salon of East Cobb in Marietta. I've been going there for about 10 years and have been extremely satisfied. They do great styles, cuts and color work has been excellent (and I have a lot of gray to cover!). www.thesalonofeastcobb.com

It depends on where you are moving to in Atlanta. I have a name of a stylist who did my hair really nice, she does Eye Lashes as well. If you would like, reply to me on here and I can e-mail you her contact information..

From there, you can type in your exact address. It will pull it up on a map with a text box that says ';search nearby';.
