it says
smart clothes and sensilbe shoesWorking in hair dressers! what should i wear?
ide say flats that are comfy, so comfortable but smart trousers, and a maybe a nice shirt. Put your hair in a nice easy style and abit of makeup.
Best advice for someone working in a salon is the way they speak though. Try to be polite and welcoming.Working in hair dressers! what should i wear?
erm a low cut top would be good for the fringe , a short skirt for finding the hairdrier in the bottom drawer, and a loose vest for using brush and dustpan , hope ive been some help
Im a hair dresser aswell, and when i got the job they said smart clothes,i dressed in a work skirt and a blouse, got there and people where wearing jeans/black pants,im very high fanshioned tho so i ussaly wear, nice jeans/black pants, and a nice tee shirt, and highheels/boots,And i usally dress the best,i would put your hair up in a bun tho, theres nothing bader then when your working layers of hair going in your face, tho you want your hair to look fashionable you are aspose to have good hair seeing your doing others!
Good luck,hoped i helped!
I'd say dress trousers e.g. Black and either a white blouse or a fashionable jumper thats not too bright, again white or grey etc.
And flat black shoes :)
You could wear a white short, but sass it up by leaving a few buttons undone, make it more you.
You could wear like a pair of black casual trousers, maybe very dark skinny jeans.
And deff wear flat pumps, because your feet will kill!!
Oh, and your hair must be gorgeous! maybe down with a curl through it, gives the best first impression.
Good luck in your new job.
Hope I helped.

I think you should wear something sensible and smart like it says but not like a business-office kind of clothing. Do your hair in a nice style, not just a simple pony tail because the customers know what their in for (show your hair, your a hairdresser of course!)
it means know ur own style, make sure over all ur entire style is clean cut...like this...its really vague on what style u can have though..just make sure ur hair is always done and styled because its like advertisement of what u can do.

and some colored flats lol...u know i mean its not really strict...just dress the first day maybe what ud wear to an office that is still ur style...and then see how others dress to how casual u can take it down to after the first week...the one i go to can take it down pretty good to where they are jsut wearing jeans and a good pair of sneakers or flats and a t shirt matierial that fits their body well...one i went to before went even more casualish.
Flatty shoes then - most salons seem to have a vague uniform of black and white, so black trousers and white tee maybe?
