Does anyone know any hair/beauty supply stores in northern virginia that sell keracare products?

Ulta carries keracare products in store. The Dulles Beauty Supply in Herndon also carries it, as well as most JCPenney's. I'm looking for Design Essentials if you're seen it anywhere.
