Does ';hair beauty plus'; by valor enterprises really work?

i have short hair and i want my hair really long. i love the length of alyson michalka's and demi lovato's %26amp; miley cyrus. they all have gorgeous hair. i know some of it might be fake but i really like it so does this product really work? please let me know of any products that would enhance the growth of my hair.Does ';hair beauty plus'; by valor enterprises really work?
it works to some extent but dont expect too much.
