they ask me if i swim alot n i do n they tell me i need to use something to get the chlorine out of my hair?
i wash my hair every night and i use herbal essences.
help ???Every time i go to the Hair dressers they tell me this?
Because it's true. You do need to use a clarifying shampoo that gets chlorine out of your hair.
It doesn't necessarily make your hair lighter, it just makes it very dull and hard. And it gives it that matt shine to it. This makes it harder for us to cut through your hair. It sort of feels like barbie hair, to give you an idea of what we feel working with your hair.
It doesn't matter if you wash it every night with herbal essences, which doesn't really do much, you need that clarifyer to get rid of the chlorine.
And you need to use it every time you wash your hair until it gets better.

This one is a big seller for people that have kids that do swimming. But you must use it every time u wash your hair!Every time i go to the Hair dressers they tell me this?
your hair must be damaged from all the clorine that you have been swimming in, it makes your hair hard and sometimes will break off. make sure your maasaging your scalp in a circular motion with the shampoo, then only use conditioner for the hair peices , do not use conditioner on your scapl/hair roots.
well chlorine makes your hair lighter color.
