How do you properly explain a haircut to your hair-dresser?

I really need help on this because whenever I give her a picture and say, ';Can you cut my hair JUST like this?';, she never does it how I want it. And I understand that because just looking at something doesn't give you the right understanding. So, I was just looking for some ways on how to EXPLAIN a haircut. Seeing how I'm not actually a hairdresser, I don't know all the words they use, lol.

Here are a few pictures of what I want to explain:

For the cameron diaz one, tell them to give you long, side-swept bangs. Tell them not to make them choppy and that you want them to be smooth, and to have them land at your cheekbone but not cover your eyes.

ask your hairdresser to give you side bangs. then, ask them for layers and long touseled waves.
Ok first off, always go to an american hair dresser if you want something done just right, because they will understand exactly what you want, even though most american salons cost more than the azn run salons.

trust me go to an american one, they will understand everything better, and im sure they will do a good job. just show them all of these pictures.
on da fa real fa real.. if you want it done right, go to who did it the first time

it is sideswept bangs, hair in layers, large loose curls, touseled
tell your hairdresser you want a side part, with side swept face framing(cascading) bangs that blend in with the rest of your hair.
