Is there a higher demand for hair dressers of estheticians in the U.S.?

With the reform I was just curious as to which profession would be my best opinion due to recent job loss in the U.S.Is there a higher demand for hair dressers of estheticians in the U.S.?
I would have to say hair stylists. People still need to keep their hairstyles updated, especially if they are job hunting. Skin care falls into the category of things that people can cut back on and do at home.
