i know i sound mean but just go for something not so out there and more classic.
Those are extensions. They'll know how to color your hair blonde, and get the same cut, but probably not the leopard print. Just buy the extensions and get an artist to draw them on with dye. Or you can ask dakota rose how she got it.

that is cute but you would have to go to a fun salon to do that they have some around but you have to call and ask around but those look like extensions to me
