There are two local free papers that have ads from edgier boutiques %26amp; salons - SF Weekly %26amp; the SF Bay Guardian. Sometimes, hair salons offer training nights. Clients can get their hair cut by junior stylists or senior stylists @ lower prices so the stylists can practice or demonstrate new techniques/cuts.
