How much should i tip my hair dresser for a cut/color?

OMG! yes,15 to 20 percent is the norm. So at 15 percent it would be $18.00 %26amp; at 20 percent it would be $24.00. so you really do give her a good tip%26amp; please don't be dicouraged by my figures. I'm sure that she really does appreciate the nice tip. Please do continue to give it to her now that you have started to do so.

mine usually costs 100$ and i leave 10-15 depending on how much i like it.

that's plenty! If takes about an hour or two,that's great. If it takes 3 or 4 do 45$

That's more than industry standard. 20% is the norm cosmetologists are taught in school-- that would be $24. You're tipping almost double that.
