How much do I tip a hair dresser....?

I'm an artificial blonde and I'm going back to brunette, I also need a cut and I want to get my eyebrows waxed.... what kind of tip should I leave for all that?How much do I tip a hair dresser....?
WOW I am shocked at some of these answers!!!!! I would never tip someone $5 for all that... I'd die of embarrasment. I always tip my hairdresser 20-25% so if she charges me $115 for my hair then I always give her about $140!! If you tip your stylist well she will do a good job on your hair and may start charging you a little less than usual (as mine has) because she is grateful you appreciate her!!!! It depends how much their charging you for the service and if you liked the service they provided. I typically give my hair dresser a 20-25% tip.
