Do you get nervous before you go to the hair dresser?

ok well i want to go to get side bangs, i haven't been to the hair dresser in forever usually my mom cuts my hair but i don't trust her w/ cutting my bangs.

No, it's not weird to bring in a picture--in fact, hair dressers appreciate it when customers bring in pictures, it helps them understand what you want.

Ok yea I always get nervous...but not normally before i go, normally its during getting my hair done or right after when i have my freak out stage where u kinda go oh! **** not good not good! i dont know if i should have done this! but in the end its all good.



And bringing a pic of what u want is HIGHLY reccomended because then even if you dont know the correct technical terms for what you want you can simply show them exactly how want it to look and they can work with that.
no people do it all the time. Just make sure your hair is the right type to be able to fix like the picture. One of the most frustrating things for a stylist to do is try to make someone's hair like a picture, but it's too short or frizzy or whatever to make it look like the picture. I have heard them say before, I'm a hair stylist, not a magician!
if you're normal, of course. I mean, it may seem odd, but, it's natural to be nervous. All the thoughts of people messing up your hair, or not styling it the way you want. But, as long as you are very descriptive about what you want, I'm sure you'll have a fine time at the salon. So relax, there is nothing to fret.
