for your hair: do the really big barrell curls like miley cyrus http://www.mymostwanted.com/gallery/show/a> on the first picture. use hot curlers that are really big



makeup: nothing to much just a little blush and mascara but your eyes are bright blue so stick to like pinks and browns because your skin isn't too dark or olive. if you get the almay
eye liner under your eyes on the inner lid, dark brown

all natural things would be better so a light eye shadow

lips, a reddish pink almost red violet with liner.. idk what u like but thats what i would do.
