Does your hair dresser use UV rays for you highlights? Is this harmful?

My hair dresser put me under this machine she said it had UV rays and heat. Is this harmful to you at all?Does your hair dresser use UV rays for you highlights? Is this harmful?

It's no more harmful than being out in the sun.
any uv ray is harmful. think about what UV stands for.


Ultra Violet. Thats bad cuz its what the sun has that gives people cancer.
it is harmful as it is UV rays however you dont sit under it for 4 hours at any one time so it is not that bad

yes, of cource UV rays are harmful use filtering glasses at ur eyes,


if u need to use it more
technology must be different now. but when i do my hair i dont use any of that stuff.
