Hair cut time, what do I tell the hair dresser?

I want about one and a half cut off from the ends, I want layers (but what kind of layers are the best), and I want goo side bangs (what do i say?)



does anyone know a good actor that has a great haircut that I could bring with me when I get my haircut?

Reese Witherspoon has long hair with layers and side bangs in some old pics. Just google hair ideas and certain celebrities. Also, bring your hairdresser pictures that you cut out from magazines or print from online. That always helps. I would definitely get layers, they look pretty and add shape to the hair. Tell your hairdresser to layer your hair and they will do a good job. Tell them to start the layers at your chin and make them blend pretty well. I'm not sure how long your hair is but that sounds about right. For the bangs, tell them ';side sweep'; or ';side'; bangs and don't let them cut them too short. Although, both bangs and hair grow fast so don't wory about it too much. Good Luck!

First go find a picture online of the ideal haircut you want

Second show the hairdresser



If you still cant find one find one close to it then tell the hairdresser what you want instead. For example the one i saw was shorter then I wanted so i told her I want it to look like the picture but say only one inch off.

tell your hairdresser what you actually just said..she or he will be able to determine how long or short your layers should be..side bangs arent for everyone so ask your hairstlysist if you will be able to wear them..as for pictures go through a magazine or internet and find you something you like..
look through the hair magazines there and see if theirs anything in there you like, and ask for choppy layers, its much nicer, than just having it layered adds effect to your hair.
