TRYING TO GROW HAIR but going to hair dressers what to ask?

ok so last year i cut my hair really short, and had it layered, i'm now trying to grow it long again, at the moment its a inch past my shoulder and the layers have half grown out, and it feels like i can do anything with it but straighten it or tye it back cos it looks messy.



i'm going to the hairdressers in an hour to get my fringe cut but does anyone have any idea of any thing else i could ask for to make my hair look nice but not affect the length (or my growing it)

you could ask for a body wave or a perm, this would make your hair appear shorter but it will eventually drop down and you will still have long hair. Also try getting highlights or dying your hair all over.



If you have warm complexion, stick to colours with honey or golden but if you have cooler skin try ashes...(warm skin tans, cool skin burns)



Always get a trim though so your hair looks healthy and get your layers re cut if you arnt intending to grow them out.



If you want to make change try some head bands or clips.. braids or buns.



Another thing is you should try extenstions. Permanent ones are always best but there are some really good quality clip in ones that are a hell of a lot easy to put in.. Just youtube ';how to put hair extensions on';

Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the

time and it makes your hair grow faster. I;d say massage it into

your scalp b/c thats going to help the roots if you just put it on

the ends, it not going to do anything to it. You can find it at

walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water

to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should

use cold or luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it.

Even hot water hurts your hair.
