Do hair dressers have a refund policy?

Hi guys,yesterday I went to get my hair cut %26amp; colored and went to a consultation beforehand.My natural hair color is dark blond,and the woman said that she wouldn't be able to get exactly that color so she said we would have to go a tiny bit darker.An hour and a half later she unveiled dark almost brunette hair...straight after that I loved it but was disappointed at the fact I wasn't blond...this morning I've woken up and immediately after looking in the mirror,I hate it!I look like I have a wig on its absolutely awful and doesn't suit my pale complexion at all.I want to have it changed immediately but I shelled out almost 拢100 and don't want to have to pay that much again...I was wondering if all hairdressers have a refund policy?Do hair dressers have a refund policy?
nope and you cant go lighter over dark dye. you will have to have it stripped and then immediately redye and your hair will be damage beyond what you want to think about. Do hair dressers have a refund policy?
