Hair dressers preferred but anyone that knows hair?

okay, so my hair has very reddish tones to it, after I've died it dark brown-red

I did this in April and than it faded than I put lemon in it in June to lighten it up, than tried to redye it lighter and it ended up being even darker due to me realizing that I didn't extract the color from it, than in August I got blonde highlights and they came out very well and everything was perfect, and just about two weeks ago I died my hair all the way blonde and it came out very well, a nice strawberry blonde with some brown underneath and some platinum blonde highlights on top

when the brown comes in for the roots,

do you think that my hair will take in blonde hair dye from a drugstore

this is my current color, but the flash does tend to make it brighter,

so I want to just color in the roots,

should I just do it at home and save the money,

or do you think I should do it at a salon.



also when she died my hair the last time, she didn't have to bleach my hair to get rid of the color or tone it at all.Hair dressers preferred but anyone that knows hair?
well drug stores are fine to buy the dye...try sally's beauty store also ,anyways...i go to this woman to do all my hair color ,cuts ,she tells me that if i wanna save money i can do it myself ..so when doing the roots she say's to spray my hair w/water ,from a spray bottle,and only spray where your going to put your color.(roots) she say's the dye seems to take better .so hope it works for you !!have fun!Hair dressers preferred but anyone that knows hair?
im a stylist and i would recemened goin in to a salon. Dont put box color or just your new growth the blonde colors will not match!
