Any hair dressers that might can help me? [permed hair]?

my hair is permed. but whenever i get out of the shower and it air dries its not the curl that they put in my hair. it just gets really frizzy and looks terrible. but the only way the the curl in my hair will come out is if i put curl activator in it. what would happen if i permed my hair again but w/ a looser curl? if i put curl activator in my hair then would the previous perm come out too like it does now and look awful w/ all kinds of different sizes of curls or what?Any hair dressers that might can help me? [permed hair]?
